Stayed 3 nights on a powered site. Really, a great park to stay at especially if you've got kids. It's big and spacious all round with well kept facilities. RV sites were also good. Staff were very friendly and accommodating-always happy. Lots of families with kids during our stay so kids had a blast on the jumping pillow and the indoor pool.

We were looking for a site for Friday night and are so glad they found room for us. Sam bent over backwards to make sure we were setup and happy. What a wonderful park. Need to go back for a longer stay to try out all the facilities. Wonderfully dog friendly with fenced sites for those travelling with their furries.

We visited in November 2023 with a group of friends. We stayed across a range of campsites, pet friendly camp site and cabins. We had kids, dogs, and lots of adults. The staff were ridiculously friendly and accommodating and the facilities were exactly as described. We are in the process of booking our group in again. Highly recommend. We personally stayed in the pet friendly section and it was AMAZING! The off lead area was great and the site gave us so much freedom with our dogs. All other dog owners were super friendly too.

We accompanied 14 other couples on our bi-annual holiday to another caravan park in Victoria. We always stay in a cabin, others do too or use their caravans. Front desk service was very good, the standard one expects and experiences at Big 4 parks. Roadways are wide and well paved. Caravan sites don’t all feature concrete slabs. New dog friendly penned sites didn’t have any slabs and would be dirty in wet weather. The amenities are good, including and noticeably the kitchen attached to the spacious air conditioned “Great Room,” made available to groups like ours for daily happy hour gatherings. Pots, pans, utensils etc are basic but adequate. Fridge works well and is quiet.

I can't fault our experience here. We travel once a year as a big group, and this has been one of the most family friendly experiences we have had. Our son injured himself and the care from Sam was amazing, checking in on him. Kids club was a massive hit, for all the kids, but particularly for our 6 year old daughter who has claimed Eli as her best friend and she didn't want to leave Ballarat. We'd love to come back again.

We came in our camper trailer so I didn't need to fill in stars for that, but what a lovely experience. Upbeat bubbly staff, beautiful plants and flowers throughout. The indoor swimming pool was great and also had 2 spas and also a shallow pool for kids. There were chickens there too and the staff let my kids collect the eggs and pet the chickens. What's better than fresh eggs for breakfast the next morning! Also I must mention for those with dogs, there are areas there that are fenced in for your camper and your dog, was super cool and there was also another area that was also enclosed for your dog to sniff about. Overall I'd definitely come back with my family and also next time bring my dog now that I know she'll be safe.

This park caters to every family member - pets included. They take “pet friendly” to a whole new level with their pet sites which are fully fenced (also great for toddlers!) so your doggo can roam off leash around your camper. They also have pet friendly cabins where they can sleep indoors with you. Then there is the fully fenced dog park with rocks to climb on, creek and pond for them to swim in and keep cool. It’s so beautiful. For the kids - there is an indoor pool, spas, splash pad, playground, pedal karts, toddler playground, games room equipped with PlayStations, a school holiday program with planned activities including a kids club. There’s no excuse to be bored! The facilities are wonderful and well kept. There is even a family bathroom with open shower, deep bathtub, shallow sink (for newborns). Absolutely will go back for another stay.

Best caravan park ive been to Love to easy park at your cabin. An the pool is a great way to cool off. Also the reception ate great people an always willing to help
